When you schedule your appointment, we will ask you to provide important information that will help us evaluate your current condition:
- Be prepared with the questions you want to ask
- Bring a notebook and pen, we encourage you to take notes
- If this a follow up visit, you have to remember to write down the changes you have experienced since your last visit.
- List of medications that you’re allergic to
- All records that refer in any way to your condition
- A complete list of your medications
- All prior medical records, including x-ray films, biopsy reports, lab and/or pathology records

It is better to have your condition evaluated and managed at the early stage, as many skin conditions are difficult to treat at its advanced stages. So, the dermatology team of doctors, nurses, technicians, and other members are available at the clinics to meet your needs and ensure you receive the best possible care. Additional referrals and appointments can also be made at the clinics.
On visiting our clinics, your doctor will listen to your concerns, examine your lesion thoroughly, and may ask for some tests to provide the proper diagnosis and treatment. It is our pride that our knowledgeable team of dermatologists provides the patients with the information to learn how to prevent skin, hair, and nail concerns. For examples:
- You will be aware of how to protect yourself from the sun to avoid skin cancer.
- They can teach you how to avoid the hairstyles that can increase hair loss.
- They provide you the information that helps you care for your nails.
Patients are generally seen by appointment, however if your situation is urgent, please inform our staff when you call or visit our around the clock Emergency Department. Every effort will be made to see you as soon as possible and the physician will be immediately notified to assess your needs.
